A riddle of sorts…
Flyover
Flyovers of Snow Geese and Canadian Geese that winter here on Canandaigua Lake have been a delight to me. If I could show you 5 more photo frames, you might get an idea of the hundreds of water fowl there are in the air whenever these unpredictable events happen. This photo was taken last evening. Though I know it’s not the greatest photo, the excitement of seeing the geese led to me leaving dinner on the stove, which ‘activated’ the smoke alarm, which interrupted Mike’s bass practice, which made going out for dinner nearly a necessity…you get the bigger picture, right?

Quiet and serene though this photo appears, it was not. The clatter of honks and quacks could have risen from the fact that the water fowl occupying the small cove near the shore where I stood were alarmed by my presence, or perhaps like me, they were aware of a greater presence….

I LOVE sesame…
in all forms. A sesame bagel was always my fave, and tahini spread on almost anything would be tough for me to resist! These ‘paleo’ cookies may make it to afternoon coffee, but I won’t guarantee it….I’m amazed the dough got from the mixing bowl to the oven!
