God sends such timely assurances

in and through His creation. The song of this wren may have been silenced by a beak full of moss and twigs, but the story of the wren, working to feather its nest for a future brood of baby wrens, simply and wonderfully, shouts HOPE. Don’t allow the fear you may be feeling stop you from sharing your HOPE in ways only you can.

Fly Over


We were thrilled to witness this group plus two other ‘groups’ or gaggles(?) of equal size fly over our house early last evening. All I could think of was Wagner’s “Ride of the Valkyries” (even though it was Handel’s birthday). Sorry, George Frederic. I did play through some of his Water Music Suite on horn…well, the word ‘play’ is used loosely…

I think he may have rolled over in his grave just once…
